Starting Term 1 of Professional Role Providing individual and group therapeutic counselling services, referrals to students, and advice to school staff. Delivering workshop and education sessions for students, parents, and staff. Collaborating with other agencies and external services where appropriate. About You Ability to undertake duties in line with CatholicCare's Mission, Vision, and Values. Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA), full membership with AASW, or paid membership of PACFA with classification of practising member. Minimum two years' experience post qualifying, providing counselling services addressing emotional and / or behavioural needs to children and adolescents, families, and at-risk students. School counselling experience desirable but not essential. Ability to use CMIS and manage all reporting requirements, case notes, assessments, and case plans. Demonstrated knowledge of current NSW Child Protection Legislation. Demonstrated knowledge of child / adolescent development and mental health issues. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, engage multiple stakeholders. Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse clients. Experience delivering group work and presentations, capacity to develop and deliver social / emotional education to staff and parents. Ability to work independently, willingness and capacity to take initiative and manage a high-volume counselling caseload through a solution-focused lens. Benefits Comprehensive induction process.
