Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading dynamic hospitality teams? Joondalup Resort is seeking Food and Beverage Supervisors to support our operations in a stunning natural setting. We’re looking for candidates with backgrounds in banqueting/functions and/or bar/restaurant service to complement our diverse hospitality offerings. Salary is based under HIGA award Level 5. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support front-of-house staff across restaurant, bar, and event operations Ensure smooth daily service and uphold Joondalup Resort’s standards of excellence Assist with staff training, rostering, and performance feedback Manage guest enquiries and resolve service issues professionally Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to improve service delivery About You At least 1–2 years’ experience as a Food and Beverage attendant in a similar environment Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for customer service and team development Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings Must be able to work standing for long periods of time Physically capable of assisting with furniture movement and event setup as required Willingness to work across multiple outlets as needed RSA certification and knowledge of WA liquor licensing regulations A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving First Aid certificate will be advantageous What We Offer A supportive and professional team environment Opportunities for career development within the resort Staff discounts across resort facilities Free parking and access to resort amenities A beautiful working location surrounded by nature and golf greens Unlock job insights AI Job match analysis Salary match Number of applicants Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
