We are looking for an experienced Production Team Leader to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving operational success. As a Production Team Leader, you will lead a talented team, ensure efficient shift operations, and contribute to our commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities HSEQ Leadership – Drive Safety and Quality first on the shop floor. Lead both safety and quality (PPI) Investigations. Complete monthly safety inspections, report hazards, and rectify hazards. Lead & Manage Shift Operations: Oversee and manage day‑to‑day production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to NCI’s Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies. Quality Control & Food Safety: Ensure all products meet the highest standards of quality and food safety, aligning with both NCI and customer requirements. Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate the team effectively to meet production goals, ensuring optimal staffing and resource utilization. Equipment Management: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure efficient performance and minimal downtime. Coaching & Mentorship: Foster a positive, high-performance culture by mentoring and training team members, developing their skills for continuous growth. Cost Efficiency & Continuous Improvement: Implement cost‑saving strategies, suggest improvements, and drive initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce waste. Target Achievement: Lead daily operations to meet and exceed production targets while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and performance. Housekeeping Standards: Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with NCI’s housekeeping protocols. Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Organize and execute equipment changes and resolve issues to keep production on track. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with other departments and teams to ensure smooth, continuous production and effective information sharing. Training & Development: Actively lead and participate in training initiatives to upskill your team and support their ongoing development. Qualifications & Skills Experience in Manufacturing: Strong understanding of injection moulding and manufacturing processes (preferred). Leadership Experience: Proven experience in team leadership, managing shift operations, and driving process improvements. Forklift License: A forklift license is preferred, but not essential. Technical Proficiency: Competency in using IT systems and equipment management tools. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and lead a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
