We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Finance and Insurance Business Manager to join our team and support our continued growth. About the Role Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will play a key role in presenting finance and insurance solutions, guiding customers through their options, and ensuring every interaction is professional, seamless and genuinely helpful. What You Will Be Doing Maximising finance and insurance sales while supporting an exceptional customer journey Partnering closely with internal teams and external stakeholders Building strong relationships based on trust and clear communication Growing your understanding of our brand, products and services Ensuring all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently Delivering value and tailored solutions to every guest Trading Hours We offer genuine work-life balance supported by new trading hours: Mon-Tue: 8:30am-5:30pm Wed: 8:30am-8:00pm Thu-Fri: 8:30am-5:30pm Sat: 8:30am-1:00pm What We Are Looking For You are confident, positive and professional, someone who builds rapport easily and enjoys helping customers make informed decisions.
