The Role As a Senior Accountant/Supervisor, you’ll: Manage a portfolio of varied clients and work closely with Directors on advisory and compliance matters. Oversee and mentor junior staff, fostering professional growth through the firm’s mentorship program. Contribute to the firm’s vibrant, collaborative culture and enjoy opportunities to work across different offices nationally and internationally. Benefits Employee Share Scheme available after 2 years; potential for partnership depending on performance. Quarterly RDOs when budget is met (cash bonus in Q4). National and international firm trips for budget achievements. End-of-Financial-Year and Christmas celebrations, plus adhoc social drinks and birthday celebrations. Laptops provided for both office and home use (office setups include 2 additional screens). Training every 2nd Tuesday and encouragement to attend relevant courses/webinars. What We’re Looking For CA/CPA qualified (or close to completion). 5–10+ years’ experience in public practice, ideally with some management/supervisory experience. Strong technical skills with a passion for working with varied clients. A collaborative, energetic personality who thrives in a supportive and flexible environment.
