Absolute Balance Exercise Physiology Group – Parramatta NSW Absolute Balance Exercise Physiology Group is seeking a motivated, passionate, and growth‑focused clinician to deliver and promote exercise physiology services within the Workers Compensation and CTP schemes in NSW. Our team is currently in search of a qualified Accredited Exercise Physiologist in a part‑time role for: Blacktown Hurstville Who are we? Absolute Balance Exercise Physiology Group are industry leaders in exercise rehabilitation and physiology services within Australia. We specialise in the compensable system, providing patients with mobile evidence‑based exercise prescriptions, that enable them to return to their pre‑injury lives. So, what are we looking for? We want someone dedicated to positive patient outcomes and who has a desire to be an advocate for exercise physiology in the industry, particularly in the NSW compensable system. Patient by patient we want to change lives, but we also want to change the industry and the way exercise is prescribed. Candidates must have a minimum 1 year of clinical exercise prescription experience. Workers Compensation experience is preferable but not essential. What we can offer you: Incentive reviews monthly and quarterly, up to $12,000 in incentives p.a. Numerous hours of Internal and External CPD (ESSA Points) provided Support of a national company with strong, established relationships within the industry Career growth and development within the company, with potential progression from a part‑time role based on performance Public Liability and Personal Indemnity Insurances provided Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) Registration and Accreditation as an AEP SIRA Provider Number (or must be willing to obtain before starting this role) Driver's Licence and reliable car Demonstrated ability to be autonomous, ambitious and outcomes‑driven Experience in exercise rehabilitation, particularly musculoskeletal rehab Willingness to deliver high quality mobile treatment within a region Strong organisation skills to manage a caseload in the service region(s) of Parramatta, Blacktown, Hurstville Growth mindset, with a desire to build and develop skills and personal brand within the industry of AEP and Workers Compensation If you see yourself being part of a team that encourages individuality, promotes growth, and consistently delivers a positive impact on the lives of injured workers, then send us your application.
