We’re a multidisciplinary group of exercise physiologists, physiotherapists, rheumatologists, and massage therapists who work closely together to support people living with rheumatic and musculoskeletal conditions. Our goal is simple: to help individuals live and feel better through our connected care approach. We’re looking for an Exercise Physiologist who wants to grow their career in a supportive, collaborative environment. We have roles advertised for our Parramatta clinic or Chatswood clinic. You’ll be joining an ESSA Practice of the Year finalist for 2024 What You’ll Be Doing: Designing and delivering individualised exercise programs for clients with rheumatic and musculoskeletal conditions Supporting people to make realistic, sustainable behaviour changes that build confidence and consistency Running small, functional group sessions that are both engaging and purposeful Working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive the best possible care Bringing warmth, motivation, and professionalism to every session What You’ll Gain: Structured mentoring for new graduates and ongoing clinical development for experienced EPs Regular in-house education sessions and professional growth opportunities A varied caseload across private, Medicare, NDIS, and insurance clients The chance to specialise in rheumatology and musculoskeletal health A workplace that values flexibility, wellbeing, and laughter alongside professionalism Who You Are ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist Current CPR and First Aid certifications Willing to register with SIRA for insurance-related work Available to work from our Parramatta clinic It’s Great If You Also Have experience running small group or personal training sessions Are passionate about functional, movement-based exercise Communicate clearly and connect easily with people Are open to occasional Saturday work Why BJC Health At BJC Health, we believe great care starts with great people.
