Director & Accredited Exercise Physiologist at Functional Rehabilitation Mobile Exercise Physiologist Functional Rehabilitation is growing, and we’re looking for motivated and client-centred Exercise Physiologists to join our mobile therapy team. This role is perfect for young professionals who want flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in their local community. About the Role As a subcontracted Exercise Physiologist, you will deliver one-on-one, evidence-based exercise interventions in clients’ homes, parks, gyms, and pools. You will work with a diverse caseload including NDIS participants, private clients, aged care, and chronic disease populations. This is a mobile role—ideal for EPs who value independence, variety, and work-life balance. You choose your availability, and we provide consistent referrals and support. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments and develop tailored exercise therapy programs Deliver mobile exercise sessions across the Sydney Metropolitan area Document session notes and maintain clinical compliance Communicate effectively with support coordinators, GPs, allied health teams, and families Assist clients in achieving functional, strength, mobility, and health goals What You’ll Need Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) status with ESSA Relevant university degree in Exercise Physiology ABN (Australian Business Number) Professional indemnity & public liability insurance Current CPR & First Aid certification Working With Children Check (WWCC) NDIS Worker Screening Check Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport Passion for helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes What We Offer ✨ Flexible hours — work when it suits you ✨ Competitive subcontractor rates ✨ Consistent referrals and administrative support ✨ Opportunity to work across varied clinical populations Ideal For New graduates wanting to build clinical experience EPs seeking autonomy and flexible hours Clinicians passionate about community-based care This role is perfect for Exercise Physiologists looking to pick up a few extra shifts each week, whether you’re building your caseload, working around another job, or simply wanting flexible, additional income.
