Both full‑time and part‑time roles available, based in Cromer NSW 2099, you will be responsible for assessing, writing and delivering evidence‑based exercise interventions to support the rehabilitation and performance of a range of populations. What you’ll be doing Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to develop individualised exercise programs for clients with a range of health conditions Deliver one‑on‑one and group exercise sessions focused on improving physical function, strength, and cardiovascular fitness Monitor client progress and adapt exercise programs accordingly Liaise with other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic client care Maintain accurate client records and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practices Participate in professional development activities to stay up‑to‑date with industry best practices What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree or higher in Exercise Physiology New grads welcome to apply Accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to tailor exercise programs to individual client needs Commitment to evidence‑based practice and continuing professional development What we offer Competitive remuneration package Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Collaborative and supportive team environment Flexible work arrangements to promote a healthy work‑life balance About us3> Northern Beaches Health and Performance is a leading provider of integrated healthcare and athletic performance services on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
