Head Of Operations, Multi Site, Multi State, Multi Disipline. People First Supervisory Exercise Physiologist is responsible for designing and implementing exercise programs to treat and prevent chronic illnesses such as cardiovascular diseases, obesity, and diabetes. They evaluate patients' health status, conduct diagnostic tests, and develop customized exercise plans based on individual goals and medical requirements. The Supervisory Exercise Physiologist monitors patients' progress, modifies exercise programs, and educates patients on proper exercise techniques and healthy lifestyle habits. The Supervisory Exercise Physiologist will provide support and guidance to Exercise Physiology team. Responsibilities Provide guidance and support to team members Evaluate patients' health status and medical history to design customized exercise programs Conduct clinical and diagnostic tests to assess patients' physical abilities and limitations Develop and implement exercise plans based on individual goals, physical abilities, and medical requirements Monitor patients' progress through regular assessment and provide feedback and guidance Design and modify exercise programs to help individuals with specific health conditions, such as heart disease, pulmonary disorders, and diabetes Work collaboratively with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients Maintain detailed records of patients' progress, treatment plans, and outcomes Stay up-to-date with research and developments in the area of exercise physiology, and incorporate them into practice Educate patients on proper exercise techniques, safety procedures, and healthy lifestyle habits Assist in the development and implementation of community health projects and wellness programs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or related field Certified Exercise Physiologist (CEP) designation from American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) or other relevant certification Experience working with patients with chronic diseases, disabilities, or special needs Strong knowledge of principles of exercise, anatomy, physiology, and nutrition Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a healthcare team Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Health Care Provider Industries Wellness and Fitness Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
