Opportunity Join the Heidelberg team as an Exercise Physiologist , a role dedicated to safely prescribing and supervising exercise and strength training for our clients with diverse health and medical needs, including those impacted by chronic disease and those undertaking injury rehabilitation. Responsibilities Develop and deliver exercise programs aimed at prevention and recovery to enhance overall health and long-term wellbeing Conduct physiological assessments (body composition, blood pressure, oxygen saturation) and prescribe exercise for group or individual sessions Use objective measures, including strength testing and patient-reported outcomes, to guide clinical decisions Establish relationships with local Allied Health professionals Manage and build a caseload of individual and group sessions Consistently deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standards Competitive remuneration package on offer, commensurate with your qualifications and experience Qualifications ESSA recognized Bachelor or Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology Degree Current ESSA registration Valid working rights in Australia Active and current Professional Indemnity Insurance First Aid Certification NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check Desirable 1+ years relevant work experience Previous private practice experience Benefits Complimentary access to our strength and conditioning facility + concessional fees for family members Comprehensive induction and ongoing professional development Career pathways within Kieser Wellbeing Program 1 day of Recharge Leave and a half day of Birthday Leave An unbeatable team culture, fun working environment and social events 12 weeks paid parental leave for primary carers Leadership Program for aspiring leaders Up to $1500 annual PD allowance Diversity and inclusion We value inclusion and diversity and are committed to creating a safe, confident, and celebratory work environment.
