To be successful for an interview please address how you meet the following essential criteria within your cover letter; Diploma in Early childhood Education and care or Certificate III in Early childhood Education and care First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certification Current Child Protection Qualification Experience in the Early childhood sector Ability to mentor and scaffold learning of educators within an Early Education and Care Setting Connection to the Alkira ELC Philosophy and demonstrated practices Your image of the child Demonstrate your understandings of The National Quality Framework, Education and Care National Regulations and Law and The Early Years Learning Framework.
