This could be the opportunity you've been praying for. Current Opportunities CEL is currently recruiting for the following roles on behalf of Footprints: 1. Early Childhood Teacher (Full‑Time) – Babies Room (0–2 Years) Leadership Role | Room Leader | Primary Caregiving Focus We are seeking, on behalf of Footprints, a nurturing, confident, and highly skilled ECT to lead the Babies Room as the centre strengthens and embeds a Primary Caregiving Model. This position offers a rare opportunity to shape practice, build strong attachments, and influence the vision for the 0–2 age group. Ideal applicants will have: Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent) Strong understanding of relationship‑based practice for infants Demonstrated leadership capacity or willingness to grow Confidence in guiding a Primary Caregiving approach Excellent communication and documentation skills Strong values that align with Christian faith and our Footprints' philosophy. 2. Diploma‑Qualified Educator (Full‑Time) – 2–3 Years Room CEL is recruiting on behalf of Footprints for a dedicated Diploma educator to join the lively 2–3 years team. You will work alongside supportive colleagues to provide warm, developmentally rich and Christ‑centred care to toddlers. We are seeking applicants with: Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent) Experience or enthusiasm for toddler development A collaborative, nurturing and flexible approach A heart for serving children and families within a Christian context 3. Casual Educators – Cert III to ECT Footprints is also expanding its casual team across all age groups.
