In this role, you will work closely with the local ANZ team to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and exceptional customer satisfaction.## **Requirements*** Processing orders in Valmet’s ERP.* Handle phone and email communication with internal teams and customers.* Expedite dispatch and delivery of goods via supply units and shipping companies.* Assist with service deliveries and organise parts for repair when required.* Support the team to prepare quotations* Follow up on quotations, invoices, and delivery status to ensure customer satisfaction.* Maintain accurate records and files for all orders.* Support the Senior Sales coordinator## **What We’re Looking For**We’re seeking someone with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
