Join to apply for the National Sales Coordinator role at SPL We’re looking for a proactive, switched‑on National Sales Coordinator to support our General Manager and Head of Sales Team across a fast‑paced, high‑performing sales environment. This role sits at the heart of Sales and Customer Care , keeping everything moving, everyone aligned, and our customers delighted. You’ll manage critical sales functions, streamline data and reporting, support pricing and contracts, and play a key role in tender activity, customer transitions and national‑level sales activity. What You’ll Do Drive daily sales coordination, supporting the GM and Head of Sales Team with smooth operations, insights, and reporting. Manage key sales data, including SLA performance, QBR reporting, CRM updates, and pipeline accuracy. Support pricing, contracts, and customer transitions, ensuring every handover and update is seamless. Enhance key customer experience, partnering closely with Customer Care to resolve issues and elevate service delivery. Collaborate with Marketing, supporting campaigns, lead management, and cross‑functional initiatives that fuel national growth. Contribute to business‑wide projects, sharing knowledge of SPL operations and championing continuous improvement. What You’ll Bring Strong background in sales coordination, customer service, or service support. Sharp organisational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Confidence working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency highly regarded) Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
