We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our operations across Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you will work closely with the local ANZ team to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Requirements Processing orders in Valmet’s ERP. Handle phone and email communication with internal teams and customers. Expedite dispatch and delivery of goods via supply units and shipping companies. Assist with service deliveries and organise parts for repair when required. Support the team to prepare quotations Follow up on quotations, invoices, and delivery status to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records and files for all orders. Support the Senior Sales coordinator What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn. You’ll receive comprehensive training, ongoing support, and mentorship from our experienced customer service team to help you succeed and grow in the role. Experience in an administrative role Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency. Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency with computer-based systems and quick learner of new tools. Strong communication skills and ability to interpret financial and non-financial data. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to timely and quality service.
