Visit The Welcome Experience | NSW Government What you’ll be doing Support and assist in the delivery of accreditation, patient safety and quality audit systems to facilitate the provision of health care that is effective, appropriate and safe across the Health District. Selection Criteria Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience. Well‑developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication, consultation and negotiation skills to gather and share information and build and maintain effective collaborative relationships and teamwork with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels within the organisation. Demonstrated ICT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly including the use of databases, applications and reporting platforms, along with high level use of Microsoft programs. Capacity to produce professional written materials including plans, analysis, reports and recommendations to inform decision making. Proven time management and organisational skills and the ability to: work independently with limited supervision, maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines and respond to rapidly changing priorities and demands in a complex and high volume multidisciplinary environment. Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to collect, analyse and interpret data to facilitate decision making across the organisation. Capacity to grow as a learner, adapting quickly to new tasks, skills and functions. Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers’ licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
