We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our Sydney team, based full-time at our Lane Cove office. Why work with Glascott Competitive remuneration and attractive employee benefits Supportive management and genuine career growth opportunities Diverse portfolio of national projects and clients Professional, down-to-earth culture built on teamwork and respect Make an impact—help create sustainable, beautiful spaces for communities Free onsite parking at our Lane Cove office Your key responsibilities Prepare and manage tender submissions and expressions of interest Estimate and tender for local government and infrastructure projects Allocate resources and coordinate tender documentation Integrate OHS and QA requirements into submissions Conduct post-tender negotiations with clients and stakeholders Build and maintain strong professional relationships across the industry About you Minimum 5 years’ experience in estimating, ideally within landscape or civil construction Strong knowledge of Benchmark Estimating Software and Microsoft Project Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Motivated, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player Full working rights in Australia This is an onsite role in our office at Lane Cove We’re expanding our team and would love to hear from you.
