Services » Types of Construction Estimates Aspect, a renowned Ecological Consultancy fim based in Port Melbourne, is seeking a landscape estimator/project manager to work on full time basis. The people having permission to work in Australia/New Zealand can apply for this post. The prospective candidate has to perform with a miscellaneous team in delivering projects based on ecological restoration. By reporting to the Construction Project Manager and Landscape Estimator, the candidate has to help in project management as well as make price tenders & contract administration on a series of landscape projects together with civil, commercial, residential , industrial and ecological restoration. Duties & liabilities :- Prepare exact pricing and response on tenders intended for construction of structures, paving, concrete path construction, boardwalks, rockwork, irrigation, turf management, rooftop and community gardens and environmental projects Gaining written quotations from subcontractors Managing project and contract administration for commercial projects Take responsibilities for completion of projects in scheduled time and budget by maintaining quality and safety standards Duties & liabilities :- Having sound experience in the commercial landscape sector, practical estimation experience is must A certified qualification in Landscape Architecture, Project Management or associated field Obsession for sustainability and the environment Exceptional construction knowledge and well versed with processes and project milestones concerning landscape, civil and horticultural projects Knowledge with Contract administration Ability to work with databases, Outlook, Excel, MS Project and Word Outstanding communication skills with written & verbal English Good personal presentation, interpersonal skills and work ethic #J-18808-Ljbffr
