What You’ll Do Prepare accurate cost estimates for landscaping and playscape projects Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents to ensure compliance Collaborate with designers, project managers, and suppliers to align budgets with vision Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing Track project costs and provide clear reporting to support decision‑making Ensure estimates are buildable, compliant, and financially sound What You’ll Bring Experience in landscape estimating or construction estimating (2+ years preferred) Strong skills in Excel, estimating software, and cost breakdowns Knowledge of landscaping materials, methods, and industry standards (AS/NCC familiarity advantageous) Excellent communication and negotiation skills High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines A collaborative mindset with a solutions‑focused approach Why Auswide?
