MJ Landscapes & Maintenance is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Landscape Construction Estimator to join our Southport office in a full-time role. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your estimating expertise into a supportive, energetic, and forward-thinking team. About the Role As our Landscape Construction Estimator, you will prepare accurate, competitive, and well-structured quotes for a variety of residential and commercial landscaping projects. Working closely with management, suppliers, and clients, you’ll play a key part in shaping the quality and success of every project we deliver. This role suits someone who enjoys combining technical skill with creativity while working in a professional, fast-paced, and friendly office environment. Responsibilities include: Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotes for landscape construction projects Review plans, drawings, and specifications Complete material take-offs and source competitive supplier pricing Liaise with builders, clients, and contractors to clarify project details Prepare tender submissions, proposals, and cost breakdowns Maintain up-to-date pricing databases and estimation tools Identify potential risks, variations, and cost‑saving options Support project handovers with clear documentation and budgeting Ensure all quotes meet deadlines and company standards Qualifications include: Experience as a landscape or construction estimator Solid understanding of landscaping materials, construction processes, and industry standards Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and site information Confidence using estimating software and spreadsheets Strong communication, organisation, and negotiation skills Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and within a team A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a thriving company culture What We Offer Full‑time, secure office‑based position in Southport Competitive salary based on experience Supportive, energetic team environment A mix of residential and commercial projects Opportunities for growth and professional development Work with a company that values quality, collaboration, and excellence How to Apply If you’re ready to take the next step in your estimating career, click Apply and submit your resume and a brief cover letter.
