Play a pivotal role in shaping a highly sought‑after profession’s landscape. About the role Lead the Commercial and Advisory Law Reform team. Research complex legal/policy issues and prepare submissions. Attend stakeholder meetings and represent the Law Society’s position. Lead and support a group of policy committees (e.g. Property, Privacy, Employment, Litigation, Business, Environment and Planning), including agendas, papers, reports and liaison with practitioners and staff. The ideal candidate Strong experience in legal policy, law reform or related advisory work. Proven people management experience and ability to lead a small team. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skill. Strong research, drafting and analytical skills. Ability to manage competing deadlines and drive outcomes. Why work with us?
