Connecting Lawyers with Opportunities in Financial Services & Real Estate - Senior Consultant @ Beacon Legal Beacon Legal have partnered with a professional services firm in their search for a new Superannuation Lawyer. They are looking to hire someone at the 3–5 PQE level, to be based in their Sydney office. We're seeking a proactive and motivated superannuation and financial services lawyer to support a dynamic and high-performing legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of regulatory, compliance and commercial matters within a business that advises some of Australia's largest institutional clients. The General Counsel and broader leadership team are known for being collaborative, commercial, and excellent to work with. About the Role Provide legal advice on superannuation, financial services and regulatory matters. Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including adviser, trustee and service provider contracts. Support the business on governance, disclosure and compliance obligations under the Corporations Act, SIS Act and ASIC guidance. Advise on licensing, product development and marketing initiatives to ensure compliance with applicable laws. Assist with risk management frameworks and internal policy development. Work closely with internal stakeholders and manage relationships with external counsel when required. Qualifications Admitted as a lawyer in Australia. Practising as a superannuation, financial services lawyer for 3–5 years in private practice or in-house. Strong understanding of financial services regulation, including the Corporations Act, SIS Act and related frameworks.
