At Padstow Dental Centre, we're passionate about creating beautiful smiles while delivering high-quality, personalised care. We're now searching for a committed and genuinely passionate Dental Assistant to join our wonderful team. Are you an experienced passionate Dental Assistant who's enthusiastic, vibrant, and looking for a modern practice where you'll feel valued? About the role You will be assisting our Dentists and Oral Health Therapists across general, cosmetic and implant dentistry. Responsibilities include: Chairside assisting (always staying one step ahead of the Dentist), stable hand and precise Accurately preparing treatment rooms and equipment Infection control & sterilisation procedures (you must be stringent and detailed) Supporting IV sedation days (approx. once a month) Taking notes, updating patients records & admin duties Assisting with dental photography, impressions, lab work and digital procedures This is a permanent full-time role: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (8am - 6pm) plus one IV sedation day per month About you We are looking for someone who is: Enthusiastic about dental assisting & becoming exceptional at it Vibrant, positive, problem solving personality Honest, reliable and professional with excellent attention to detail A strong communicator who helps patients feel at ease Highly motivated, adaptable, and a true team player Organised, proactive, caring and proud of their work Why join us?
