About the Role We’re looking for an organised and friendly Dental Receptionist who is confident using Dental4Windows (D4W) and thrives in a busy, team‑oriented setting. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring their experience is smooth, professional, and welcoming. Reception Duties Greet and assist patients warmly in person and over the phone Manage bookings, recalls, and patient records using Dental4Windows (D4W) Process payments, invoices, and health fund claims via HICAPS and EFTPOS Coordinate with clinicians to maintain efficient daily workflows Dental Assisting Duties Provide chairside support during general and implant procedures Prepare and maintain instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms Ensure high standards of infection control and sterilisation Support dentists with digital workflows and patient care Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of dental reception experience Proficiency in Dental4Windows (D4W) – essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, well‑presented, and committed to great patient service Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Why Join Us?
