About the Practice: Our Smile Line Dental Care practice is a part of our ever-growing Bupa network of dental, optical and health insurance practices and stores Smile Line Dental Care is well known for its cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implants and general dentistry. We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced Receptionist as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. Team dynamic is incredibly important to us in our 3-chair practice. The Opportunity: We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Bankstown, NSW practice available for Dental Receptionists seeking permanent full-time work: Modern dental practice with 3 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments Friendly, fun and dedicated team Convenient location with a train and bus stations within walking distance Located close by to Bankstown central shopping centre Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice Making patients aware of dental services and offers Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner You'll be: Available to work full-time, across Monday to Friday (with one late night shift) Saturday is a must Previous Dental Reception experience is essential You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about customer service and patient care Organised with attention to detail Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner Why join the Bupa network?
