You Will Work closely with people navigating substance use disorders, trauma histories, and complex psychosocial issues Provide standardised assessments, cognitive and neuropsychological screening, formulation, individual therapy, and group interventions Support across a true continuum of care — from inpatient IDAT, through rehabilitation, and into community living Gain experience across multiple integrated mental health and drug and alcohol services, including acute inpatient, rehabilitation, and outpatient programs Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to deliver high‑quality care Show strong organisation, ethical judgment and commitment to evidence‑based practice With The Opportunity To Contribute to research, quality improvement and service development Support supervision of students and early‑career psychologists Work flexible hours Receive $5‑$10K rural workforce incentives A Team Where You’ll Thrive You’ll join a large, diverse and collaborative Psychology workforce that prides itself on reflective practice, shared learning, supervision, and strong multidisciplinary partnerships.
