Are you an experienced early learning professional who’s ready to take their career to the next level, honing leadership skills and building a successful business?
As part of the Centre Leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You’ll form strong relationships with children, families and communities, and understand the significance of your role in their lives.In this role, you will:Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practiceBuild and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvementWork with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business
As the Centre Director at
Goodstart Brisbane City, Adelaide Street , you will use your experience and leadership qualities to engage and motivate your centre team to drive continuous improvement in all aspects across centre operations and to extend your network of relationships with children, families and educators. You will work in collaboration with your centre leadership team. You will establish respectful and reciprocal relationships with families and engage in networks within the centre’s local community.About our Centre : Located in the "Broadway on Adelaide", the iconic, heritage-listed building which has been transformed to accomodate a state-of-the-art Centre and Kindergarten overlooking the Queen Steet Mall. Our architecturally designed centre spans the entire level two of the building, with a private rooftop kindergarten playground which offers children a natural oasis in the heart of Brisbane City, opening up a whole new world of play-based learning. The naturally inspired design boasts separate, age-based learning and play spaces for children from six weeks to five years.You’ll need:A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community servicesExperience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantageHave proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance managementWhat Goodstart can offer you:We truly value you
