Are you an experienced early learning professional who’s ready to take their career to the next level, honing leadership skills and building a successful business?As part of the Centre Leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You’ll form strong relationships with children, families and communities, and understand the significance of your role in their lives.
In this role, you will:Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practiceBuild and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvementWork with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating businessWelcome to Goodstart Kenmore, Princeton Street where we provide a nurturing environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, offering personalised learning experiences based on the Early Years Learning Framework. We collaborate closely with families to ensure the best outcomes for every child, supported by our qualified team holding relevant credentials, blue cards, and first aid certificates. Our play-based rooms, from Nursery to Kindergarten, stimulate curiosity and learning with tailored programs to each child's interests and needs, preparing them for school. Using the Storypark platform, we maintain clear communication with families, supporting each child's learning journey and documenting their milestones. Our playgrounds blend natural and manmade elements, featuring forts, sandpits, swings, gardens, and more, encouraging exploration and environmental awareness. Our on-site cook provides nutritious meals, including options for children with food allergies, ensuring all dietary needs are met. We enrich children's learning through community engagement, including on-site visits, excursions, and participation in local events.
