Casual Merchandiser - Caufield / Carnegie area, VIC Location: Caufield/Carnegie area of Melbourne, VIC Flexible Casual THE OPPORTUNITY Joining Nestlé means you are joining the largest food and beverage company in the world. You will represent Nestlé in the Grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths, Independent stores) and be required to negotiate, sell and build displays to optimise store presence for our products based on a weekly work plan. You will work between 46‑50 weeks of the year, excluding a shutdown period mid‑December to the first week in January. FLEXIBILITY Availability between Wednesday to Friday is essential, with the ability to work additional hours on Monday and Tuesday during busy periods such as Back to School and Winter. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Build strong, long‑term relationships with Store Managers and represent Nestlé with pride, positivity and passion. Negotiate, sell and build displays for our products to optimise in‑store presence. Work autonomously while being supported by a Territory Sales Manager. IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS Current, valid driver’s licence and a safe, reliable motor vehicle. Physically able to lift stock for building displays and utilise Nestlé’s creative point of sale. Proficient using a mobile device (provided) to collate data and photograph displays. Live within the designated area. Capable of working safely and planning effectively to achieve commercial outcomes. LEGAL & SAFETY Applicants must have full working rights for Australia.
