We are passionate about what we do and are looking for a talented Marketing and Communications Coordinator who is equally passionate about our work. If you are looking for a varied Marketing and Communications role to assist fundraising for an organisation that makes a difference, read on The role Reporting directly to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for day‑to‑day marketing and communications activities at CDA. This 4 day per week role supports multi‑channel content creation, website updates, and social media engagement to amplify CDA’s brand and fundraising, as well as internal communications. You will play a hands‑on role in appeal delivery, donor storytelling, and campaign coordination. Qualifications 3‑5 years’ experience in a content, marketing, or communications role preferably within a social impact, fundraising or campaign-focused team Exceptional writing skills and the ability to adapt voice and tone for different platforms and audiences Experience using platforms such as Canva, CMS (WordPress), social platforms and confidence with basic design/video editing tools Experience with CRM platforms such as Raiser's Edge or similar, and developing email campaigns with the CRM Experience supporting video or photo shoot coordination, including talent liaising, scheduling, and logistics Strong attention to detail in managing usage rights, consents, and brand consistency Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly when working with vulnerable communities or service users Organised and reliable with project management skills — can juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Nice to have Experience working with contractors, performers or highly creative individuals What we offer you Extensive NFP salary packaging options - up to $18,550 tax free every year Additional leave between Christmas and New Year Truly hybrid working environment - usually 1 or 2 days per week in the office Employee Assistance Program The opportunity to work with a creative team who are passionate about our work and purpose How to apply For the full description and to apply visit Please apply through with your CV and a short cover letter in Word or PDF outlining: why you would like to work for us how your skills and experience align to the role why a 4 day per week role suits you We will be reviewing applicants every few days.
