Marketing Communications Coordinator – Ampersand Ampersand, a well‑regarded property consultancy, is looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join a high‑performing team. This role offers a creative and organised professional the chance to contribute to impactful marketing initiatives and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Create written content for news articles, thought leadership pieces, newsletters and industry reports that highlight the firm’s people, projects and expertise. Manage and update website content, including employee and project profiles. Develop and deliver social media campaigns aligned with business goals, reporting performance using Google Analytics and other digital tools. Produce marketing collateral such as brochures, capability statements, presentations and promotional materials in Canva, in collaboration with the Senior Graphic Designer. Coordinate award submissions and speaker profiles for industry conferences and events. Maintain the marketing engagement schedule and inbox. Provide occasional support to the front‑of‑house team, ensuring a warm, professional welcome for clients and guests, and assist with meeting coordination. About You You're a confident communicator with a flair for writing and design. You thrive in a busy, professional environment where no two days are the same, and you enjoy collaborating with experts who are passionate about what they do. Qualifications 1‑2 years of experience in marketing, communications or a related discipline (property or professional services experience advantageous). Strong copywriting and content creation skills. Working knowledge of Canva, social media platforms and web content management systems. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
