About the Role As the Account Manager/ BDM, you will be responsible for expanding market share by building strong relationships with system integrators, security service providers, installers, consultants, and end-users. You will promote a full suite of solutions – including CCTV, intercom, alarms, access control, VMS, and digital signage – and deliver tailored outcomes across diverse sectors such as retail, commercial, residential, healthcare, education, logistics, and government. Key Responsibilities Identify and win new business opportunities with channel partners and end-users. Manage sales pipelines and achieve revenue targets. Present technical solutions and provide trusted advice to clients. Build and maintain strong industry relationships. Support projects from engagement through to delivery. Represent the brand at industry events and training programs. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3 years’ B2B sales experience in the electronic security industry. Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, intercom, alarms, access control, VMS, and digital signage. Proven track record of solution selling and closing high-value deals. Established relationships with security integrators and end-users. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong planning, CRM, and self‑leadership skills. Willingness to travel within NSW and occasionally interstate.
