Identification Technologies (IDT): HID’s Identification Technologies powers trusted identities through smart components and cloud services, enabling secure transactions and efficient data management across multiple IoT applications. Summary: RFID Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with a relevant and select group of Pacific end-user accounts with significant size and complexity, partnering with HID Global resources to support customer interests. The position is measured by revenue growth and customer satisfaction, with a focus on best-in-class engagement and alignment with other organizational functions. Responsibilities Develop and schedule the deployment of required Named End-user programs to address individual End-user needs. Identify and understand the business models of Named End-user accounts as it relates to security. Cooperate with internal technical resources and project teams to communicate expansion or transition to future technologies. Provide educational/awareness briefings and trainings for End-users to reinforce HID Global’s role as a “Trusted Advisor”. Interface and communicate effectively with other departments and business units in support of HID Global’s goals. Maintain a high degree of product knowledge, including spectrum/benefit/roadmap information. Attend industry tradeshows and events, focusing on speaking and presentation opportunities. Provide timely and accurate monthly status reports of activities and revenue contribution. Collaborate with end-user marketing on tools such as whitepapers, brochures, web presence, speaker engagements, end-user events, and lead nurturing for new customers moving from physical access to digital/mobile technologies. Lead expansion efforts within end-user key organizations in the Pacific Region as a quota-carrying role. Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, identify new business opportunities, and strive to exceed sales quotas. Experience and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or technology preferred. 5+ years’ experience in Physical Access Control, RFID, or related technologies. 5+ years of experience in related vertical markets and business development. Understanding of end-user corporate culture, environment, and decision processes within Banking, Education and Commercial Real Estate markets. Track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives with end users, resulting in sales growth. Experience with use cases such as Physical or Logical access control; knowledge of mobile-centric digital transformation is a plus. Excellent organizational, collaboration, and interpersonal skills; proven teamwork at senior levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results. Attention to detail and ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity. Strong listening, diplomacy, and communication skills (written and presentation). Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce.com) and digital tools. Language Skills Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Ability to present effectively in web-based and in-person settings with internal and external stakeholders and customers. Computer Skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Windows operating systems. Work Environment, Travel, and Requirements Travel and fieldwork, including international travel, may be required. Ability to obtain/maintain a valid passport.
