Overview Advance your career with one of Melbourne's leaders in passenger transport in the role of Operations Supervisor. Reporting to the Depot Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and day to day direction and leadership of Drivers. Key Responsibilities Ensure drivers depart on time at the commencement of all shifts and changeovers Minimise service disruptions by following policies regarding vehicle breakdowns, absenteeism, on-road / in-yard incidents or road closures as indicated by Vic Roads. This involves ensuring that the Operations Centre is staffed at all times Provide support and communication to drivers on the road by radio and telephone where required, as well as face-to-face guidance What are we looking for?
