We’re passionate about quality, originality, and making people smile with every bite. We’re looking for a skilled and imaginative Pastry Chef & Gelato Maker to join our team and help us take our desserts to the next level for our customers. What You’ll Do Prepare and make puff pastries and shortbreads to our standards of quality and consistency. Develop and produce house‑made gelatos and sorbets with creative flavor profiles. Assist with daily prep, ice cream mix‑ins, cakes & chocolates. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards in all kitchen areas. Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with ordering or production planning. Collaborate with the team to test new recipes, seasonal flavors, and menu innovations. Assist in donut decorating, rostering and team management. What We’re Looking For Experience in pastry, baking & ice cream production. Strong attention to detail and passion for creating exceptional desserts. Creativity and willingness to experiment with new ideas and flavors. Reliability and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen. Food safety awareness and commitment to cleanliness. Flexibility for morning, afternoon & weekend shifts if needed.
