Job Description The IAM Lead will provide IAM advisory and solution architecture across Active Directory, Azure AD, and federation services. The lead will drive organization-wide IAM strategy including Privileged Access Management and Single Sign-On in the client environment and will align IAM governance with Client IT architecture. Primary Skill: SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD Identity & Access Governance Lead the design and implementation of IAM frameworks across MS environments Oversee access provisioning, de-provisioning, and periodic access reviews Ensure compliance with IAM policies, procedures, best practices and external regulatory requirements Technical Oversight Manage IAM tools and platforms, including integration with Active Directory, Azure AD, and other identity providers Identify and mitigate IAM-related risks Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to ensure secure identity lifecycle management Transition & Steady-State Operations Drive IAM strategy during transition phases, ensuring smooth handover to steady-state operations Support the development of Job descriptions and BOQ staffing alignment for IAM roles Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with Delivery leads, Infra & security leads, and client stakeholders to align IAM initiatives with business goals. Participate in internal interviews and candidate evaluations for IAM roles Mentor and manage IAM professionals, fostering collaboration and performance Experience and Qualifications 15+ years of experience in IAM, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD). Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR). Certifications such as CIAM, CIMP, or CISSP are highly desirable. Experience in managing IAM within Managed Services environments is a plus.
