Job Description Elastomers Australia currently has a great opportunity for a hands on and practical OHS & RTW Coordinator to join our team based in Campbellfield. The individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing all work related and non-work related injury conditions nationally, as well as provide OHS support to the OHS team and stakeholders. This position will work closely with employees, medical practitioners and managers in supporting the safe and controlled return to work of our employees while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and restrictions. Key Responsibilities Manage all work-related and non-work-related injuries nationally, including developing tailored RTW plans. Liaise with employees, managers, medical practitioners, and WorkCover representatives to ensure smooth RTW processes. Build strong relationships and promote a positive safety culture across the business. Maintain and improve our OHS Management Plan and HSEQ system. Coordinate and support incident investigations and reporting. Assist with OHS training and toolbox meetings; manage training records. Keep compliance registers up to date (first aid, fire wardens, licenses). Maintain a strong presence on the factory floor, conducting safety observations and providing practical advice. Requirements Mandatory Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or currently studying). Formal RTW qualifications/accreditation with current status. 2+ years' experience in a Return-to-Work Coordinator (or similar) role. Advanced knowledge of OH&S legislation and best practices. Intermediate–Advanced Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint/Teams). Must possess valid Australian work rights. Skills & Attributes Exceptional written and verbal communication. Strong attention to detail; analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to meet strict deadlines and manage concurrent priorities. Stakeholder engagement and conflict management capability. High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling medical/employee information. Practical, hands-on approach with strong presence on the floor. Great team environment.
