Your Role The Customer Services Support role is responsible for delivering and clearly communicating technical services to both internal and external customers of Hendrix Genetics Swine in Denmark. The purpose of these services is to maximize customer success by ensuring the provision of superior genetics to their operations. The successful candidate will offer technical expertise, guidance, and support to sales representatives, resellers, and customers throughout the sales process, addressing technical inquiries and helping customers gain the full benefits of the organization’s products and services. This dynamic role requires strong communication and implementation skills. This role will collaborate closely with all teams within the Product Excellence department, including Breeding IT, Nucleus Genetics & Implementation, R&D, and Global Customer Services. Responsibilities Deliver technical services to Hendrix Genetics Swine (HGS) customers in alignment with the HGS Key Account Management (KAM) strategy. Support genetic management within customer systems by accurately monitoring performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing action plans to maximize commercial genetic merit. Develop training programs, manuals, and support materials on HGS products and genetic programs. Maintain expertise by building a strong network of industry and academic contacts, reviewing relevant literature, and actively participating in scientific and industry events. Represent the company during delegations and customer visits. Contribute to the development, improvement, and execution of routine genetic services for internal and external customers, including: Product performance evaluation, on-farm implementation of breeding programs and routine reporting to customers and account teams, with a strong focus on execution. #J-18808-Ljbffr
