You will be joining one of our Multi-Channel Branches What is a Multi-Channel Branch? Tuesday and Thursday: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment. Monday, Wednesday and Friday: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions. Together we deliver a seamless banking experience for the future to our 10 million+ personal and small business customers.
