You will be curious, passionate, enthusiastic and ultimately indispensable to the client. You will have a love of marketing and media and understand its role in driving brand growth.What will make you stand outBuilding strong relationships with clients, representing the EssenceMediacom team and ensuring all brand work is delivered to the highest qualityBe a business orientated marketing and media person with a passion for building brand growth through mediaUnderstand the importance of media and creative working together and be a champion of the agency village construct to work alongside all partnersBe passionable about the media market, be at the forefront of all change in the industry and have a view on how that can propel clients business forwardHave a interest in marketing science and principlesDrive the team culture through development of team engagement planOversee and drive the complete end to end connections planning process ensuring that it is implemented across all client workWork with the Client Partner on developing action plans that continually improve performance evaluation scoresGo above and beyond to understand your clients' brand/products, enbedd at their offices, immerse yourself in their brandsAssist the Client Partner to accurately forecast revenue and billingsMore About You
