Postdoctoral Fellow, Quality Use of Medicines (QUM) Join UNSW to apply for the Postdoctoral Fellow, Quality Use of Medicines (QUM) role in Kensington, Sydney. This is a full‑time, 2‑year fixed‑term position (possible extension) with a salary of $91k–$121k base plus superannuation and leave loading. Applicants must hold full rights to work in Australia. Key Responsibilities Conduct and coordinate research activities to high scientific and ethical standards. Contribute to the development of research questions and study designs. Undertake literature reviews and data analysis using qualitative and/or quantitative methods. Prepare peer‑reviewed publications, reports, and conference presentations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with stakeholders. Assist in preparing research grant proposals and ethics submissions. Support knowledge translation and dissemination of findings. Skills and Experience A PhD in pharmacy, medicine, nursing, public health, or a related discipline. Experience conducting systematic reviews and health‑related research using qualitative and/or quantitative methods. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including academic writing. Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., NVivo, SPSS, SAS, Stata). Understanding of ethical and governance requirements in health research. Experience contributing to research funding applications. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic research environment. Benefits and Culture Flexible working.
