Customer Experience Account Manager

Brevity is seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join our Customer Experience team. This is a strategic role focused on nurturing high‑value customer relationships, driving product adoption, and ensuring long‑term customer success. At Brevity our mission is to develop leading software tools for the disability care and aged care industry, to make staff jobs easier, their client's lives better, and their business more efficient. As a key hire your expertise will help propel us forward as we establish ourselves as a market leader. What you’ll be doing: Be the trusted advisor for key accounts, including C‑suite and senior stakeholders. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic account planning. Monitor customer health metrics and proactively manage retention risks. Drive product adoption through tailored engagement and training initiatives. Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to grow account value. Identify and manage customers at risk of churn by monitoring usage patterns, engagement levels, and satisfaction metrics. Develop and execute tailored retention strategies to re‑engage and add value to at‑risk accounts. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Support, Training, Sales, and Product teams. Champion the voice of the customer internally to influence product and service improvements. What you’ll bring: 3+ years in account management or customer success within B2B SaaS. Proven success managing strategic accounts and driving retention. Strong commercial acumen and relationship‑building skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Experience with CRM tools and data‑driven decision‑making. A proactive, collaborative, and customer‑first mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. NDIS or Aged Care industry experience an advantage. Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously. Go‑getter that is able to get the job done.
