Engineering Internal Verifier / IQA

38,500 + Benefits

Type:

x1 Full Time, Permanent; x1 Full Time, FTC (15 months)

To apply, candidates must hold the below qualifications and experience;Must hold a recognised IQA qualification.Must be a qualified and experienced Assessor of Engineering.Must hold own NVQ Level 3 or above within an Engineering discipline (Automotive; Mechanical or Aeronautical).Must hold solid occupational experience within Engineering (Automotive; Mechanical or Aeronautical).Must possess a sound understanding of internal and external verification standards.Minimum Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE / Functional Skills / equivalent).Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.

Role duties;Quality Assure across a range of Engineering Apprenticeships, achieving sustained high performance, quality of delivery and learner journey, in line with our client's standards across their Apprenticeship provisionCarry out regular observations of activity, share best practice and provide guidance and support to a team of AssessorsEnsure the quality of teaching and learning meets the quality assurance strategy and awarding body/ EPA / Ofsted requirements.Support achieving consistency of delivery through Standardisation activitiesDrive and implement continuous quality improvement.Ensure the timely achievement of learners.
