Reporting into the Senior Manager – Digital Business and working closely with the Business Development Team, Managers, and team members of other departments, this role is responsible for supporting the coordination and execution of Nintendo’s digital business activities across Australia and New Zealand, focusing on vendor management and enhancing the visibility, accessibility, and performance of digital products. This role works closely with internal and global teams to ensure the seamless operational delivery of campaigns, retail executions, and partner management. Key responsibilities Coordinating day‑to‑day digital business operations, ensuring timely execution of initiatives and activities. Supporting vendor management for POSA (Point of Sale Activation) card programs, including coordination with external partners and internal stakeholders. Assisting in implementing digital product visibility and promotional campaigns at retail. Maintaining documentation, schedules, and tracking tools to ensure smooth project and vendor coordination. Liaising with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure alignment on digital product communications and promotions. Supporting the setup and maintenance of digital product data, reporting tools, and performance dashboards. Assisting in tracking and reporting digital business KPIs such as eShop performance, POSA sales, and campaign results. Providing administrative and coordination support for meetings, reporting cycles, and communication with global teams. Assisting in identifying opportunities to streamline operational processes and improve workflow efficiency within the Digital Business team. Requirements for the role Prior experience in a coordination, administrative, or marketing support role within retail, e‑commerce, or digital business (1‑2 years preferred). Strong coordination and organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external vendors. Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare reports. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience managing shared documentation or trackers. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. Eagerness to learn about the digital and retail landscape, with an interest in games and digital content a plus.
