Operations Analyst | 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract Join Bendigo Bank as an Operations Analyst on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Key Responsibilities Analyse complex datasets and build meaningful insights to help leaders understand capacity, performance, workforce trends and opportunities to improve efficiency across the bank. Develop predictive models, scenarios and reporting using Power BI, Excel, SQL and other tools to support smarter decision‑making – from daily operational planning to long‑term workforce strategy. Identify and recommend improvement opportunities by monitoring productivity, highlighting variance drivers, challenging current processes and partnering with business units to deliver more streamlined, cost‑effective ways of working. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. Advanced Excel and Power BI expertise (including DAX and Power Query) with the ability to create dashboards and visualisations that influence decisions. Experience with SQL and/or data modelling to extract, transform and manipulate large datasets efficiently. Understanding of workforce planning, forecasting or capacity management and exposure to operational metrics (desirable, not essential). Curiosity, resilience and a growth mindset; someone who embraces change, challenges the status quo and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
