The Site Projects division based in Tomago NSW services the coal mining industry and other selected markets throughout Australia. Our goal is to provide turnkey electrical project solutions for our customers that are of high standard, delivered on time and to the customer’s satisfaction. About this job… As a Site Supervisor you will provide turnkey project solutions for on-site high voltage infrastructure. Working with the projects team you will be leading and managing staff and contractors, tools, plant and equipment to deliver our project outcomes. This role is based in Tomago NSW , however project sites are varied and if successful you will be required to work away from home. Attractive living away from home remuneration will be offered. You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to be considered. Key responsibilities include: Managing and coordinating employees and subcontractors Understanding project scope and deliverables, arranging all resources, materials and plant to achieve outcomes Managing project budget Maintaining planned work schedules Maintaining key customer relationships through regular communication and reporting, relating to progress of works on site Monthly project reporting Ensure site WHS systems and compliance Essential criteria: Previous project engineering or project management experience An electrical trade or electrical engineering background Self-motivation and always striving for excellence Exceptional communication skills Strong time management and organisational skills Excellent computer proficiency, including MS Office programs in particular Excel Tunnelling, mining and/or heavy industry experience Must be able to work away from home We can offer you A permanent, full-time position Competitive salary package An immediate start for the right candidate An immediate start is available if you have a productive, tenacious and a systematic approach to work, focused on safety and quality.
