Symbos Managed Services Inc – Melbourne VIC Are you a driven and commercially sharp Business Development professional with deep experience in BPO or Managed Services? SourceWiser , part of the Symbos Group, is seeking aBusiness Development Manager to lead growth across new and existing clients. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and is ready to make a real impact. The role spans multiple geographies, supporting teams in both Australia and Manilla. We're open to candidates based in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. What You’ll Do Own the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing deals. Convert inbound interest and proactively engage new prospects. Build trusted relationships and act as a credible advisor to clients. Represent SourceWiser at industry events and networking opportunities. Collaborate across teams to shape compelling proposals and solutions. Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and client experience. What You’ll Bring 3–5+ years’ experience in sales, business development or account management within BPO, outsourcing or managed services. A strong network and proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills. CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) and structured pipeline management. A proactive, collaborative and values‑driven approach.
