About The Role We’re building our Business Valuations team in Melbourne & Sydney and are looking for highly regarded professionals to join us Our team is comprised of former Big Four professionals who provide the highest quality services to our clients. We focus on various sectors, providing valuations for a range of purposes including transactions, tax, financial reporting, insurance and commercial purposes. Responsibilities Deliver complex valuation projects, including the valuation of businesses, equity, and intangible assets, acting as a key day to day point of contact for client personnel. Suggest and interrogate robust valuation approaches for a range of businesses and intangible assets. Work with Managing Directors to develop and propose creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks. Supervise and support the development of junior team members. Support Managing Directors originate client work, preparing proposals, responses to clients and preparation of thought leadership and GTM materials. Assist with the development of best‑in‑class templates and ways of working, including the use of RPA / AI to efficiently deliver the highest quality work. Qualifications A CA, CPA or CFA qualification. Experience with industry‑standard research tools, such as CapitalIQ. Experience with data analytics and visualisation software (i.e., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) preferred. Ability to travel within the country (where practical and possible).
