Personal Care Assistant – Charles O’Neill Catholic Healthcare, a not‑for‑profit provider, celebrates 30 years of caring for older people. With over 5,000 employees across New South Wales and Queensland, we deliver a dignified, inclusive community of care. Pay: $36.05 per hour + superannuation + Casual Loading. Part‑time and casual shifts available across morning, afternoon and night. Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care such as showering, dressing and toileting. Support day‑to‑day tasks including eating, social activities and mobility assistance. Work with the clinical team to follow care plans and improve resident wellbeing. Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the care team. Deliver high‑quality service to residents, families and the community. Qualifications Genuine passion for caring for the elderly. Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people. Strong communication skills. Reliable team player. Knowledge of workplace health and safety. Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent).
